FAQ's Engraving

How much is it to have an item engraved? Custom engraving is included in the price of all our products.

Is there a logo set-up fee? Items that have an option for having a logo have a one time set-up fee of $20.00 to $35.00. Once you have paid this set-up fee you are not charged this fee when you re-order.

How long do orders take to process? Most items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. You can expect up to 5 days for shipping. If you require Rush Service or overnight shipping please contact us an we will let you know if we can deliver in time for your event.

Is Rush Service Available? There are some items that include Rush Service. Rush Service items are specified on the web site and will ship within 48 hours of your order if there are no art or logo issues. If you need other items to be rushed, please contact us.

How will I receive confirmation of my order? Immediately after you place your order online, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with the details of your order.

What are the shipping fees and delivery method? We ship to the USA only VIA UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will choose the shipping method that gets it to you the fastest way.

Shipping Rates are as follows for Engraving & Short Run Promotional Products only.

$1.00 - $29.99 is $7.95

$30.00 - $69.99 is $17.95

$70.00 - $99.99 is $25.00

$100 and more is FREE

NOTE: These rates do not apply to promotional products orders ordered through our large quantity promotional product shopping option. Those orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer at their shipping rates. We are happy to provide you with a quote for those items. Qestions about this please contact us!

How will I know when my order is shipped? We will send you an e-mail when your order has shipped with a tracking number (if applicable).

What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when shipped? While we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.

What if I have a problem? Please call or email us right away. Most of the problems are as simple as sending our a new nameplate, rather than returning the whole product. If it is something more than that, we will work with you to solve the problem the best we can with the time allowed. NOTE: There are products that require a signature approval of your artwork and spelling. If we fax you art approval and you approve the art you become responsible for any errors, i.e. miss spelled word, logo problems etc. If you find an error that was approved on the Proof there will be a charge to re-make the item and ship it to you.

What if the engraving is spelled wrong? Please double check the spelling of names before placing your order. If you discover an error after your order has been placed please contact us immediately and we will work to correct the problem.

What is your return or cancellation policy?

Returns: Once your project is in production you maynot cancel your order or return it. Everything we do is custom made there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Cancelations: Your order may be canceled at anytime up until the start of production. Once you have approved your artwork your project will go into production. If you cancel your order and we have done work on logos, design, or set-up and you cancel your order you will still be charged the set-up fees.

Is shopping on the web safe? Reports have shown, shopping on the web is safer than giving your credit card to a waitress. We have a secure server on our site which SAFELY sends us your credit card and shipping information. Your information is confidential. We do not share or sell your information to other companies. We understand some people still do not like to send that information over the internet, feel free to order your awards online and then call us or fax us your information.

There is something that I want but it is not on your website, could you have this item? If there is an item that you do not see on our website e-mail us the product description and photo if you have it and we will do our best to find it for you. There are thousands of engraved products and promotional products available, it is impossible to show them all. We may have a catalog of products that we can send to you as well.

Can you create custom products and awards? We specialize in building custom one of a kind creations for our clients and friends. If you have a need please contact us. We are happy to talk with you about creating a totally custom piece. Call or e-mail us your requirements.

How can I submit my engraving information? You can submit most information that is required in the shipping cart when you place your order. If you have selected "my logo" as an option email special art to artwork@redlineengraving.com

How much engraving can I put on my award or gift? Each item tells/shows you how many lines you can have for that item. Typically 25 letters per line for athletic trophies, office items, and gift items. Plaques can have 40 letters per line. Keep in mind that on some items the more letters that you have the smaller the letters will be to fit the space allowed. There may be items that will not allow 25 or 40 letters per line. When you place your order it will tell you the amount of letters per line for that product.

How do I send you my company logo? What format is best? Your logo can be sent in a variety of formats. Please visit our artwork specifications for details.

Helpful Tips 1- Give yourself plenty of time to order and receive your awards. Once we receive your order, it will usually ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive it with in 7 business days. You will want to allow adequate time for your order to arrive to you via UPS ground or USPS.

2- Have a budget in mind? Cost can be a factor in deciding which award to choose. We recommend that you choose a product that properly recognizes the recipient and is within your budget.

3- Be prepared with the text that you want to have engraved on your award, this will make online ordering much faster if you already have an idea of the message you want to convey.

Standard engraving on corporate items includes, but is not limited to the following:

Company Logo

Line 1: Name/Reason of the award.

Line 2: Year/Date

Line 3: Recipients name

Line 4: Name of company, Organization, or Individual presenting the award.

Line: 5,6,7: Statement of Thanks or appreciation.

Standard engraving on trophies includes but is not limited to the following:

Line 1: Name of the player

Line 2: Team Name

Line 3: Year, league, place, win/loss record.

Standard engraving on personalized gifts:

Line 1: Name

Line 2: Reason, i.e. Happy Birthday, Congratulations, etc.

Stock Designs/Corporate Logos: Stock Designs can be added to most of our items at no additional fee. Personalization is an additional $2.00 on some items. Some items have limited engraving space. If stock designs are an option they will be listed as an option.
